Wrench hoist slippage fault repair
Slippage is a common problem, usually caused by wear and tear of internal components.
* Diagnostic inspection: First check for obvious damage to the outside, and manually operate to observe the link where slippage occurs (slippage may involve gears or brakes when lifting).,
Slippage during descent may be related to the chain or braking system)
* Disassembly and cleaning: carefully disassemble the shell, use a brush and detergent to remove internal dirt, rust or foreign objects, and avoid secondary wear and tear
· Replacement of worn parts:
· Check whether the chain is stretched, deformed or severely worn. If the length exceeds the standard or the link is loose, a new chain needs to be replaced.
· Check whether the tooth surface of the gear is worn or missing, and whether the brake pads are thinned. If there is damage, the corresponding parts need to be replaced.
· Ensure that the gears are tightly meshed and the brake spring tension is moderate during assembly
* Lubrication treatment: Apply an appropriate amount of special grease (such as lithium-based grease) to gears, chains and brakes
· Test adjustment: After reassembling, perform a no-load test, and then perform a light load test to confirm whether the slippage has disappeared.
